How Units Work
Pick the Unit, Then the Tag
Nevada splits the state into management areas and hunt units, defined in regulation (NAC 504.210). Draw tags for elk, mule deer, and antelope are issued by hunt and unit group, so the unit you apply for decides where you can hunt. Each page below covers the country, access, and rules, with sources, plus the species and season windows we hunt there.

Which Species, Which Units
The units we hunt for each draw species. Mountain lion tags are over the counter and good statewide, so lion hunts aren’t tied to a unit draw. Desert bighorn sheep units are discussed with Justin for your application or drawn tag.
