Terms & Conditions

The ground rules for using this site, plus how tags, bookings, hound sales, and text messages work with Moore Hounds & Outfitters.

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of moorehoundsandoutfitters.com (the “site”), operated by Moore Hounds & Outfitters, owned by Justin Moore of Pioche, Nevada (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Any written agreement you sign with us when you book a hunt or buy a hound governs that hunt or sale. If it conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls.

Site Information Is General

The information on the site, including hunt descriptions, units, season windows, draw dates, and tag and license fees, is general information provided in good faith. It may be incomplete, may change without notice, and is not a promise or an offer. Before you rely on any of it, confirm the details with Justin and with the official sources.

Nothing on the site guarantees that you will draw a tag, see game, or harvest an animal.

Hunting Regulations, Draws & Tags

Hunting seasons, regulations, quotas, draws, and license and tag fees are set by the State of Nevada, the Nevada Board of Wildlife Commissioners, and the Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW), and they can change from year to year. NDOW’s official publications and website are the final word, not this site.

You are responsible for:

  • applying for the draw and buying any required hunting license, tags, and stamps;
  • meeting any hunter education and eligibility requirements;
  • knowing and following all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including weapon, tagging, and reporting rules; and
  • any fees the state or other agencies charge.

We may talk through units, species, and seasons with you, but draw results are decided by the state, and we can’t guarantee them.

Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

Sending an inquiry, calling, or texting does not book a hunt. A hunt is booked only when you and Moore Hounds & Outfitters agree on it in writing.

Prices, deposits, payment schedules, what’s included, and cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in that written agreement at booking. The site does not state these terms, and nothing on the site changes them.

Assumption of Risk

Hunting and other outdoor activities carry real risks. These include rough and remote terrain, long distances from medical care, extreme heat and cold, sudden weather changes, physical exertion, vehicles and trailers, firearms and archery equipment, wild animals, and working hounds. Some risks can’t be removed even when everyone is careful.

By taking part in a hunt or other activity with us, you accept those risks. You are responsible for your own physical condition, gear, and safe conduct, and for telling us about any medical condition or limitation that could affect your safety. Please follow the guide’s safety instructions at all times.

Hound Sales

Hounds and puppies are sold individually. Availability changes, and the site doesn’t list prices. Price, deposit, pickup or delivery, and any other terms for a dog are agreed between you and Justin for that sale. Descriptions of our dogs and bloodlines on the site are general and are not a warranty or guarantee unless one is given to you in writing.

Intellectual Property

The site’s text, logo, design, and photos belong to Moore Hounds & Outfitters or are used with permission or under license. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Don’t copy, republish, or use our content, name, or logo for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

If you text us, or give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, your hunt, or a hound purchase. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking or buying anything.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 702-301-1693.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

The site links to websites we don’t control, such as NDOW and other public sources. We provide those links for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t promise that the site will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moore Hounds & Outfitters and Justin Moore are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Nevada law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. The current version is effective October 8, 2026.
