Your Information

Privacy Policy

What we collect when you visit the site, fill out a form, or call, text, or email us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who We Are

Moore Hounds & Outfitters is a hunting outfitter and hound breeder owned by Justin Moore and based in Pioche, Lincoln County, Nevada. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through moorehoundsandoutfitters.com (the “site”) and when you call, text, or email us, how we use it, and the choices you have. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Moore Hounds & Outfitters.

We’re a small business, so we’ve kept this in plain English. If anything here is unclear, call, text, or email Justin.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Inquiry and contact forms. When you fill out a form on the site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the hunt you’re interested in, and any message you write.
  • Calls and texts. The call and text buttons on the site open your phone and connect you directly to Justin at 702-301-1693. When you call or text, we receive your phone number, the content of any texts or voicemails, and anything you tell us.
  • Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
  • Booking details. If you go on to book a hunt or buy a hound, we may collect the details needed to do that, such as dates, hunt and tag details, and how you’d like to pay.

Information collected automatically

Our site is built and hosted on a third-party website platform. Like most websites, the platform may automatically collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. It may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the site working, remember settings, and provide basic analytics about how the site is used. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your questions and inquiries;
  • talk through hunt options, units, seasons, and tags, and send you hunt information you ask for;
  • plan, book, and run your hunt, or arrange a hound sale;
  • keep basic business and tax records;
  • keep the site working, secure, and useful; and
  • meet our legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only in these limited cases:

  • Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website and form platform (form submissions are delivered to Justin by email) and our email provider. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
  • When required by law, for example to respond to a subpoena or a lawful request from a government agency, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, our business, or others.
  • With your permission, or at your direction.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you text us, or give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we’ll use your number to communicate with you about your inquiry, your hunt, or a hound purchase. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking a hunt or buying anything.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not stop us from using service providers that help us send and receive messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 702-301-1693.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we reasonably need it to respond to you, plan and run hunts, follow up with past clients, keep business records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your Choices).

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No website, email, or phone system is completely secure, though, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. Please don’t send sensitive information, such as full payment card numbers, through the site’s forms or by text.

Children’s Privacy

This site is meant for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

The site links to other websites, such as the Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW) and other public sources. We don’t control those sites, and this policy doesn’t cover them. Please read their privacy policies.

Your Choices

  • Access, correct, or delete. Ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We’ll honor reasonable requests unless we’re required to keep the information.
  • Text messages. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us.
  • Email. Ask us to stop emailing you, and we will (apart from messages about a hunt or purchase you’ve booked).
  • Cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
  • Nevada residents. Nevada law lets Nevada consumers direct a business not to sell certain covered information. We don’t sell personal information, but you can still send that request to the email address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. The current version is effective October 8, 2026.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
